Pocketbond Classix ✅

The Pocketbond Classix range of 1:76 Scale OO Gauge diecast cars and light commercial vehicles was first issued in 2005 and was founded and designed by Phillip Brook.

Looking at manufactures of the time, they were appealing to a younger target audience, you could not find highly detailed cars like the Ford Fiesta or Morris Marinas. What was available were inappropriate for model street scenes mainly consisting of Ford Mustangs or the latest Italian supercar. This gap in this market was originally filled by Pocketbond, who managed to produce some nicely detailed models of period vehicles like Morris Minors and other daily runabouts sold as the Classix range. Phillip Brook passed away in 2013, and the Pocketbond brand was acquired by Bachmann in 2016.
