The Reliant Ant TW9 was an unusual choice of model to have in the Corgi Juniors WhizzWheels range, its three wheel configuration placing it at a considerable disadvantage when racing on the track. To counteract this, a grey plastic stabiliser bumper was supplied loose with the model, and this could be clipped on to the front of the vehicle for track use. This part is often missing.
Four variants of the model were available.
1-a1 Reliant Ant (1970)

1-a2 Reliant Ant (1970-72)

1-a2 Reliant Ant (1970-72)

1-a2 Reliant Ant (1972)

The model was in production just late enough to be fitted with the chrome WhizzWheels
(often only on rear axle)
Packaging
All models were sold in a card backed blister pack. Each card incorporated a coloured image of the vehicle which could be cut out and mounted in a special album.
